Do you take orders over the phone or by email?

All orders must be placed through the website. We can process email orders with your chosen mode of payment (Paypal or bank deposit) but cannot process phone orders. If you are an NZ customer and can't find what you are looking for on Trade Me, let us know and we will create a customised product link for you. For all other order enquiries, please contact us for assistance.

I can't decide which product or fragrance is more suitable for me?

Email us and we will be more than happy to help match the right scent or product to your skin, hair and lifestyle requirements.

When will my order be shipped?

We turnaround all our orders within 1-3 business days. Orders tend to get delivered on average 3-5 days by DHL Express and 4-12 days by NZ Post, depending on destination countries.

Can I add to or change my order?

As long as your order has not been packed or shipped, we are happy to help you with any additions or changes you wish to make. Simply email us for further assistance.

Do you deliver within New Zealand?

Yes, we are based in central north island and ship nationwide. Our hair care collection is listed on Trade Me where you can buy conveniently. Should you require a product that is not listed, please contact us and we can organise something for you.

Do you have a shop?

As of 1 April 2020, we no longer operate pop-up and a physical shop, but operate mainly from our online store.

Do you have wholesale pricing?

We do not offer any specific discounts for businesses, but savings can be made by simply purchasing in larger quantities or unbranded larger sizes (1 litre/kg up). If you are interested in OEM/ODM orders, please contact us for a quotation.

Where does En.Vie source essential oils from?

We can guarantee the purity and authenticity of all our essential oils and products with absolute confidence. No two essential oil is equal. Each essential oil is extracted from a specific part of a plant/flower and is chosen specifically for its scent and therapeutic purpose. The essential oils we used are sourced mainly from overseas suppliers in UK, France and Australia, and we buy lavender and rose oil directly from the farm and distilleries.

I cannot stress enough the importance of checking the Inci (latin botanical name) of an essential oil. For example, we use specifically Spanish rosemary (rosamarinus officinalis) in our organic hair care, Bulgarian damask rose absolute (rosa
damascena) + boswellia carterii (frankincense Somalia) in our skin care, and fine lavender (lavandula angustifolia) in all our lovely lavender products. Base oils are just as important too. We only source/use organic rosa canina seed oil (rosehip) and
camellia japonica (Japanese tsubaki) for example.

What does organic mean?

Organic more than just spray-free. It is a holistic style of farming where the health of the soil, environment, surrounding floral and fauna are priorities. Both farms and the environment are taken care of by focusing on long term health of the lands, waterways, soil and livestock are also important rather than the short term gains. Farmers use innovative and modern farming techniques to control pest/disease and improve quality of plants and wellbeing of animals.

Organic farming also means to produce products without GMO, use of synthetic pesticides/herbicides, animals have been treated fairly and rural communities have benefitted from this way of farming. Organic farming is the only sustainable option to benefit ourselves and the environment.
