1. PAYMENT
Shop with us in confidence. We accept credit and debit card payment via Paypal secure, with a buyer's protection feature that ensures you receive your order or your money back. You can choose to pay in your preferred currency at checkout and select the "Pay with Credit Card" option for non-Paypal members.

All prices listed on our online store are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) for international orders. Prices are subjected to change without notice. The price applicable to any order is the price indicated on www.En-Vie.com at the time of submitting the order.

2. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Australia and most major cities via NZ Post and DHL Express. Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Thursday, excluding weekends and public + provincial holidays in New Zealand.

Small orders under 1 kg will be sent out via New Zealand Post international tracked airmail with a current delivery lead time of 5-10 business days.

For shipping to UK, UAE, Canada and United States, please contact us for a shipping quote before placing your order.

3. EXCHANGE & RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer an exchange if you have a change of mind. In the rare occasion that you received a product that is damaged or not acceptable in quality, you can contact us for a replacement within 2 days. Where an exchange is not possible, we will issue a partial or full refund. Customers are responsible for their own shipping cost when returning a product back to us.
